The Sims 4: Toddler's Patch

           On january 12, 2017 a new path (46^th one) was released for The Sims 4 which finally allows the long awaited inclusion of toddlers into the game which can be either made In Create a Sim, adopted or through the more usual way.

         The addition of the toddler to a new or already existing household with a Create a Sim allows you to choose its voice, gender, relationships with other characters and even allows you to give them new traits like angelic, fussy, silly, charmer, independent, wild, clingy and inquisitive.

          This same path introduces many different ways to care for a new sim babies allowing you to bathe, potty train, feed them and do many other fun activities with them.

           The presence of new toddler themed furniture is a welcome and expected addition in this long awaited patch.

          Given how long the fans of the game expected the inclusion of the toddlers in the base game, they will surely be relieved to know that now their sim characters can finally have children that age in more natural segments.

         Dillo is a web browser that was first created in 1999 by Jorge Arellano Cid in an attempt to increase the access to the internet, the idea being that no one should spend additional money to buy a new computer or pay for new internet services to access the World Wide Web.

         It passed through series of developments up until 2006, when its development stopped due to the lack of funds, but the project was eventually restarted with new donations.

         Dillo was design to be a very compact, fast and efficient browser that could quickly access any information on the web.

        Having a file size of 1.3 MB, the browser seems to serve its purpose. Dillo is capable of keeping bookmarks, allows tabbed browsing and supports various image formats like JPEG, PNG and GIF. 

         The support of JavaScript, Java, Flash or complex text layout is not included which explains the quickness of the browser in loading different websites.

       If you want a light browser that will allow you a quick access to the internet without any of its newer features and the associated slowdown in PC performance, then this browser would be appropriate for you. 

        Its compact weight and ease of use will allow it to revitalize any old PC machine that is incapable of supporting new versions of more modern web browsers.

The difference between potatoes and sweet potatoes?

     There were often times where I wondered about the difference between potatoes and sweet potatoes each time that I had seen them in the vegetable section of my neighbourhood stone.

        I thought that there was very little difference between potato and sweet potato besides the taste, I was wrong.

        Although derived from the same order of Solanales which indicates an order of flowering plants, they ultimately end up being in the different families with your typical potato, also known as Solanum Tuberosum, being in Solanacea family, while the sweet potato known as Ipomoea Batatas being in Convolvulaceae family.

     Their order commonality and their family difference shows that those two tubers are only distinctly related, although they share some similarities on other levels.

      Both come from the American continent, specifically Central and South America, both became staple foods around various parts of the world.

     Notably, China was the biggest producer of both of those tubers, with an average production of 81.7 million tons of sweet potatoes and 88.9 million tons of potatoes.

       This goes to show the importance of those vegetables in human diet!

Good Behaviour Tv Show Renewed!

      

       An American drama tv series «Good Behaviour» based on the novella series by Blake Crouch was renewed for a second season by TNT. The series follows the story of a con artist Letty Raines who tries to stay afloat after leaving the prison for the sake of seeing her son, but then ends up double crossing a hitman named Javier during one of her robberies.

     According to TNT, the series reached an average of 4.4 million viewers per episode across linear, digital and mobile platforms making it one of the Top 20 new primetime dramas with audiences 18 - 49. This drama earned largely favorable views and was described by Sarah Aubrey, EVO of original programming for TNT as "fueled by unsinkable characters on a dangerous search for belonging, love and family. Good Behaviour is addictive television". 

       The second season of this show is set to come back in the fall of 2017.

The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack lets you live forever!

              

            After The Sims 4 Dine Out pack released in june of 2016 developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. A new game pack is coming to town on January 24^th, 2017 that introduces the opportunity to play a new type of supernatural creature in the game : a vampire.

           This pack lets you get new abilities as a creature of the night like transforming into a bat or drinking human plasma and also, allows you to choose new weaknesses as the level of power of your character increases over time. This pack also adds new Create a Sim styles such as glowing eyes and different vampiric colors of skin. It also adds new furniture options for your characters to live out your traditional vampire dream.

            The last but not the least of the additions is the new town of Fallen Hollow that brings a very Halloween-like atmosphere to the Sims 4 game with lots of fog and dark lightning. The town has four lots for you to build anything on and they are all centered around a very creepy statue.

            This pack offers new and exciting opportunities for every Sims 4 player to try out a new life as a blood sucking ghoul in a creepy and gothic town. Don't miss it!
